EXPORT GUIDE

Two files give you a complete cost picture

Export trade history first, then the income or billing ledger. The more complete the data, the more of your real cost the report can reconstruct.

Binance

Export fills from USDⓈ-M futures trade history, then export COMMISSION, FUNDING_FEE, and REALIZED_PNL rows from the transaction (income) history. Trade history alone cannot explain funding.

OKX

Export execution details from the order centre, then export trading fees, funding fees, and realized P&L from the account bills. In unified account mode, keep the account type consistent across both exports.

Before you upload

No UID, email, address, or identity field is needed. Files are read locally; the per-file limit is 20MB and CSV, XLS, and XLSX are supported.

Matching the date ranges

Both exports must cover exactly the same start and end time in the same timezone. A mismatched window is the single most common reason a reconciliation fails to balance.
